Rocking the cat eye! I've NEVER been able to do that... now I'm about to run upstairs with my tape and try it out!
Have fun on date night :)
You look great! And that was very brave to do in front of an audience!
You are a stunning beauty. I miss you.
Oh my gosh. That was so funny! I mean, yes, the end product looked pretty great, but putting that tape on your eye was hilarious! Is there anything you two won't do?
You're terrific!
Thanks for keepin' it real.
Awesome. A thought occurs to me; do this before putting on the rest of your make up, just in case the tape takes it off and you have tape lines on your face! :)
you are so beautiful!
This trick would work great with my favorite liquid liner. I would just make sure the liner is completely dry before taking the tape off. This liner is the BEST and it's super cheap. You can find it at target. http://www.maybelline.com/products/18/eyes/eye-liner/line-stiletto-ultimate-precision-liquid-eyeliner/blackest-black/501?shadeId=121
You're totally rockin' it! You look fantastic!
Love this! I've never been able to get the cat eye to look right until I tried your tape trick. Thanks!
ooo, I might just have to try this just for fun this weekend!
You're an expert!!! And u have wonderful eyes!
;)
Boy would my sister in laws loved that trick back in the 50's!!
Amazing idea, thank you so much for sharing!
You've got some gumption putting yourself out there with Scotch-taped eyelids. It actually looks really cute--not the taped lids, the cat eye! I've never even attempted the cat eye because I think I'd look weird, but you may have just convinced me to try!
Looks fantastic! Former clinique consultant. Try using....http://www.clinique.com/product/1597/5954/Makeup/Eyeliners/Eye-Definer-Brush/index.tmpl. This is my favorite brush! I was taught the same trick by cosmetic other consultants, but you cant apply eyeshadow to the lid and then use tape. So I use this brush with a gel liner then apply with just the first step of tape and it works like a dream.
Holy cow, your eyebrows are amazing. Thanks for the trick.
I LOVE THIS!!! It works! I am so gonna make our 16 year old babysit the 11 year old this Friday! It's DATE NIGHT baby! Hope hubby is ready. There's nothing better than a Mommy feelin' a bit sexy! lol. Thanks so much for this. Just hope I can rock it like you do!
Did you see this on The Hairpin? http://thehairpin.com/2011/11/the-cat-eye-tutorial
