AMAZING! What a cool cookbook. I have a giant Calphalon pan (with a nifty clear glass lid) that I cook almost EVERYTHING in! My awesome SIL just got me a dutch oven for Christmas though and I'm finding there is a whole lot of stuff I can do in there too.
Totally LOVE this cookbook. It would look so pretty on my shelf :) I cook almost everything in my big skillet that came with my pan set, but I would LOVE a Le Creuset Dutch Oven...dream...
My husband recently gifted me my first Le Creuset piece - a large dutch oven - and now I will be slowly replacing all cookware in my entire kitchen with Le Creuset. It's going to take most of the rest of my life, but it will be worth it.
My fave one pot meal would be Mexican Chicken Soup. It is divine. I got the recipe from Real Simple a couple years back. Google it. You won't be disappointed!
i make shrimp scampi!
I just received a green pan skillet 2 months ago - and it is amazing! I love that you don't have to add oil, and nothing sticks (not even blackened fish!) It is so far superior to my old teflon coated skillets - I use it all the time. The whole set is on my wishlist...
Thanks for the giveaway :-)
I "liked" the giveaway. thanks for the extra chance :-)
my favorite casserole to make in a pinch is the chicken bruchetta casserole (it's a Kraft recipe...) so easy. Only a few ingredients and it is good!
Oh this cookbook excites me - and whatever is on the cover looks fabulous! My go to one dish meal is Shepherd's Pie - it is by far my favourite and I love that you can make so many variations of it (ie. chicken and sweet potatoes, or even homemade mac n cheese on top instead of potatoes... yum!)
My go to pot is a big black and white pot w/ lid that someone gave me when I got married 13 years ago. I don't know what it is called, but I mostly use it for beans and chicken stock... Cook book looks yummy, would love to win,
love cookbooks, they are such a great source of inspiration. i have too many favorites to point out one.
When we got married we splurged and go AlClad Copper Core pots. Best.decision.ever. I use those bad boys every day and they look as good as new and make cooking fun (well, maybe this is a stretch.)
my le creuset casserole dish - i make everything in there - my favorite go to dish is mexican lasagna. i made it during naptime and then just pop it in the oven at 5:00pm. so easy and yummy. check out the recipe here:
http://thedomesticatedmama.blogspot.com/2011/04/fast-weeknight-dinner-mexican-lasagna.html
I have a large deep non-stick Revereware pot that I use most often. It's old school, but it works.
My go to pan has been a huge skillet with high sides that i can use for pasta sauces and then dump the pasta in.
It's kind of funny, but our favorite cooking implement is actually our George Foreman grill. We make everything on it from grilled chicken to paninis! It's also super easy to clean up!
I have a flat-sided Calphalon pan I make most things in. It's big-enough to make multiples meal-size dishes without being cafeteria sized.
My go to pot is definitely the mid-sized Revereware stockpot I got as a wedding gift a zillion years ago!
I always go to my small stainless steel frying pan.
i always use my all clad skillet....since it has a lid, i use it for just about EVERYTHING :)

My favorite is my trusty 10 inch skillet. I use it for almost every single meal. I love my new cast iron dutch oven, but it doesn't win the "what would I grab if I could only get one thing and the house were burning down" contest. jadelovesbrynn (at) yahoo {dot} com
My "go to" is the wonderful Slow cooker pot!! It's such a mom's best friend.
I love making Beef Stew in the crock pot. alexa DOT shelton AT gmail Dot com.
I have a 16" cast iron skillet which is by far my favorite pan just for the novelty effect. I take it to potlucks with cornbread (I have to triple the recipe) all the time and it's a fabulous conversation starter! Not to mention that we actually have a wedding picture taken with that skillet! Can you say redneck!!! It was a gag gift from my Mother in Law but now that wedding picture is one of my absolute favorites--it reminds me of when we were young and silly and still dreaming about the fabulous future we are living today!
I got a nano-ceramic coated non-stick pan, and I LOVE cooking in it because it is SO EASY to clean! Half the time I don't even need to use soap, just rinse and hit it with a sponge!!
Spaghetti is my go to meal..... :)
I love ATK and their baked macaroni and cheese. It's a family fav!
Love my SCANPAN non stick frying pan. It cooks great and is super easy to clean!
It has been a while since I made it, but from the Simmering suppers cookbook - Italian tomato soup stew in my parents old dutch oven is a fave. They probably got it as a wedding present 40+ years ago, and it still is in great shape. The recipe is fab - sausages, veggies, tortellini. I am hungry now.
Nothing fancy here..chicken adobo!
Crock pots rule. I think my favorite is to make pulled pork BBQ. Nom nom.
thats the way i like to cook!
I wish I could have a le creuset!
Our red oval Dutch oven. We've had it about 2 years but only have really started to discover the joys of it!
I have a large Calphalon pan that I almost every night. Okay - every night that I actually cook. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done!
I love my Kirkland enameled cast iron dutch oven. It is perfect for pot roast, yum!
I have a le creuset dutch oven and I love it, I just need to use it more often.
my le creuset cast iron skillet! perfect for everything from cornbread to dumplings to pancakes to eggs.
I love to make posole in my crock pot.
For now my go-to pans are my Corning ware casserole dish and my crock pot. Someday I hope to have a dutch oven!!
I got some new stainless steel cookware for Christmas and the 12" skillet is my "go to" pan!
leighannerushing(at)yahoo(dot)com
i love my plain old cast iron skillet. i can cook a steak in it for dinner, wipe it out with a paper towel and make a giant chocolate chip cookie in it for desert without the flavors transferring over. i use it almost everyday!
I have a big heavy pan that is my go-to for just about everything
stacia.ciminski at gmail dot com
I have a red and white (red on outside, white on inside) 9ishx13ish pan that I LOVE. I love to use it. It's my favorite and makes me very happy.
I have a little $5 crock pot from Walmart that has served me well for about a year & a half. I also have a Wolfgang Puck 8-quart stock pot that was a thrift store find.. for $4! Works great for stews, spaghetti, pretty much everything lol. The first meal I cooked for my family in my new house was homemade chicken stew in my stock pot.
Here's a link, it's the pot in the back - http://kitchen-dining.hsn.com/wolfgang-puck-bistro-elite-26-piece-cookware-set_p-6276522_xp.aspx?webm_id=0&web_id=6276522&sf=qc&attr=181&ocm=qc|181&prev=hp!181&ccm=qc|181

I don't have any fancy pots or skillets. Most of what we have are things my husband already owned when we got married. I know it is time to invest in something new, I just usually would rather spend my money on something more fun. But I just need to break down and do it. I probably use a big skillet we have (can't remember the size) with a lid for most things.
roast slow cooked with pepperocinis until tender, shredded on sub rolls with mozzerella cheese, so easy and sooo good!!!
I've got an oval Le Creuset pot that is my go to dish. Thanks for the giveaway!
My "go-to" meal is from Cooks Illustrated.. it is Penne with sausage... and the kick comes not from spicy sausage, but from cherry peppers. Wonderful dish as is, and easy enough to leave the meat out for a vegetarian dish.
My favorite one dish suppers are my Pork Roast that I cook in my crock pot or my Taco Soup that I cook in my Rachel Ray pot. I would love to learn some new one dish suppers. My family needs some more variety in our lives.
My FAVE one dish meal is "Pork Tips." I cut pork loin chops into pieces that resemble beef tips. Sear these, remove from pan, cook gravy in pan, add meat back into pan and finish cooking low and slow. DELISH!!
It's a tie between my giant Le Creuset dutch oven and my big high sided saute pan. Both are wonderful and can be used for almost any recipe.
I use my skillet every night, but I have to admit, I'm having a love affair with my Dutch oven. (Sh, don't tell my husband!)
Bring it. Please.
I would love a Le Creuset, but don't have one. (Now there's a giveaway idea!) Instead, I have an old glass casserole dish that goes from the oven to the table to the fridge and eventually to the dishwasher.
my go to pot is an old cast iron pot given to me by a friend after i drooled over her homemade bread. It's a permanent fixture in my kitchen, and always at the ready for a bread baking session!
OK, it's sooooo seventies, but I really like my crock pot (I mean so slow cooker.)
Thanks for the chance!

chicken stuffing caserole in my trusty PYREX 9x13 is my go to meal!!! So easy to make ( recipe is on a stove top box!) and always a hit!!! Served it at our family Xmas for the picky eaters and they fell in love!! Plus only takes 30min!!!
I love my Martha Stewart enameled cast iron pot. We make almost everything in it from soups to pastas and more. I love how evenly it heats things.
We LOVE one pot meals!
when I was pregnant with baby #4 (surprise!!) my girlfriends threw me a shower (read as.. took fat momma out to eat!) and my gift was a le crueset dutch oven in Flame 9.5 qt. It is great for making a boat load of Coq au Vin (my favorite, yum) to feed my thundering herd.
My Rachael Ray dutch oven is awesome!
Hey Prudent Mamas! Everything tastes better and a little more loved from start to finish when it comes from my Martha Stewart dutch oven. The cream-colored dish looks great on the stove and on the table too!
Great giveaway! I loooove our Le Creuset dutch oven. Super heavy, but it cooks food perfectly and cleans up easily. Can't ask for more than that.
I love to make turkish-style lentil soup in my little Le Creuset covered pot that looks like a tomato, even though there's no tomatoes in the recipe i use! i get 4 servings in there and it's a quick recipe.
Liked your giveaway!
I have this burnt orange dutch-oven, My Mother bought it at a garage sale when she moved into her first apartment 30 years ago. It was handed down to me, It's oval, and perfect for Stove top, Oven, Bbq, It's even been thrown over our fire. My favourite dish to make in it would have to be chili.
My favorite is this dutch oven made by Members Mark. Only 30ish bucks at Sam's Club--much better priced than Le Creuset!

love my all-clad and love 3 cheese turkey penne pasta dish from cooking light!
I love my crock pot!
Chili is one of my favorite go-to one pot meals.
My big trusty skillet gets quite a bit of use at my house.
We've just rediscovered our wok recently!
Mmmmmm...my Corningware Light 9x13 casserole dish. It's sturdy enough not to break if dropped, can handle temps up to 500F, but weighs just at 1 lb....it's awesome!
my go to pot is my crock pot! love it!
i love my hamilton beach crock pot... it has a timer, a thermometer, and a spill resistant lid! i use it at least once a week, easy.
and i have a large skillet i use almost every day... but i have no clue what brand it is... but man do i love a large skillet with a lid!
My go-to is any sort of frittata that includes veggies, cheese, and meat. It makes me happy if there are veggies, and my husband happy if there is meat. So ta-da! everyone is happy.
braised meats of any variety, generally in my cobalt blue Le Creuset Dutch Oven.
I do not have fancy pots to cook in. My favorite is good ol spaghetti in a regular ol pot!
I have a Tramontino (or something like that) enameled dutch oven that I got at Walmart. It works great! The only trouble is that it has to be hand washed. I hate hand washing.
Love chicken marbella.
I have two: a store brand dutch oven that I love and also an enameled Martha Stewart brand frying pan. Basically, if it goes from stovetop to oven, I'm in love.
When you marry into my husband's family, you receive "the red pan" as a gift from his grandparents. "The red pan" is a 6 quart cast iron, enameled coated, Dansk lidded casserole. Since everyone in the family has one, many recipes are referred to as "red pan" recipes in family conversations. I love it because it is a great dish and is sentimental.
Just tried to find one online, but could not. Hope they are still available!
I have a Le Creuset 5-1/2 qt French oven in "Dijon" that I absolutely love. Use it regularly. And I love yellow...so its my kind of pan. :)
ecisley(at)comcast(dot)net
I have the red cast iron enamel pan and I love love love to make slow cooked pulled pork in it!
archibald.chelsea@gmail.com
I love how you can create a one dish meal and wash the dishes while it cooks. I could use more recipes that come with that option!
Just my regular skillet or my stockpot for delicious soups in the winter!
I 'like' the contest, too! Thanks!
I love my preseasoned Lodge Logic cast iron dutch oven. It sears meat so nicely and holds heat like none other. Plus my husband gets to make dutch oven jokes. It's a dual purpose piece of equipment.
Stumbled!

I love my wok! I would love to get a dutch oven. Def on my list. Thanks for the giveaway! I love cookbooks :)
beef stew in the crock pot, hands down! thanks for the great giveaway!
Le Creuset dutch oven in lemongrass. Love. I love the color, the weight of it and the fact that it cleans so easily. I like to make marinara sauce (from Mollie Katzen's cookbook), my daughter's mac n' cheese, soup, coq a vin - anything. It's my go-to pot.
My go to pot is my T-fal dutch oven. I love making pizza pasta in it. Yummy!
Lasagna in my Pyrex. Nothing fancy, but just like mom!
My go-to pot is a big cast iron dutch oven. I use it for so many things, especially roasting whole chickens.
I love my two huge Cathrineholm Dutch ovens. Stovetop, oven, braising, roasting, you name it. Scored them on eBay and secretly wish I could get a third. And we just got a Cuisinart Green Gourmet 12-inch wok pan for which I have high stir-fry hopes.
what an awesome looking cook book love it
I have a red le creuset pot that I love, that I didn't really want.
I thought they were too heavy ( I still do) but my Mom ignored me and got me one for my birthday.
See, that's a great mom.
I love my dutch oven but honestly the thing I use the most is my stainless steel, deep saute pan. I cook in it for pretty much every meal.
I "liked" the giveaway on Facebook!
I have an oval, kiwi-colored Le Creuset dutch oven that I cook just about anything in, if I can. It makes anything feel fancy. My most frequent is pantry/fridge soup using the random ingredients I have on hand on those nights when I need dinner but didn't make it to the grocery store. It always turns out delicious and with a glass of wine, I almost feel French.
We have an AWESOME dutch oven that my in-laws got us as an anniversary present. It's Lodge - in crazy ass 70s brown (though it was gifted in 2008), and costs WAY less then the Le Creuset version.
I cook EVERYTHING in the damn thing. Braises? Check. Soup? Check. Tacos? Why the hell not! Enameled cast iron is the best thing in the world for my ancient cranky apartment electric stovetop. I will never go back to caramelizing onions in a skillet.
I love my crock pot! My go to meal in it is loaded baked potato soup.
I liked on Facebook too!
Great cook book! I'm always looking for ways to simplify dinner time. My dutch oven and crock pot get the most use when it comes to one pot meals.
My go to meal is Salsa Chicken in the Crock Pot, you can eat it many different ways, and it is super simple to make.
my got to pot has to be my crock pot too! Especially when I cook beef...just falls right of the bone!
My favorite one pot meal is salsa chicken.
Put chicken, salsa, black beans, corn in crock pot on high. About 30 mins. before you serve it ad a block of cream cheese on top until melted. = delicious!
Anything using the dutch oven. We just got one and I need ideas on what to cook in it!!! Edra Chamberlin leaachamberlin@hotmail.com
I love my 12 inch all clad stainless saute pan. It's not as heavy as the 14 inch but it's big enough to make a one pan family meal for 4. I usally get the pan just below smoking point, sear my meat then throw in my seasonal veggies and sqeeze in fresh lemon to deglaze. Turn the pan down as low as it can go, while flipping everything around and put a lid on it and let it cook through the remaing time. It cleans up perfect everytime. I love it. It is my work horse!
Love the dutch oven! And I soooooooo love ATK! Thanks for the chance! I "liked" it and shared it on FB. theresa.eldridge@yahoo.com
That pot pie on the cover looks delicious. I would love to win that cookbook. My favorite pan is our electric skillet I use it all the time.
I love my Le Creuset dutch oven. But I'm finally using my Lodge cast iron skillet and really, really liking it.
Just liked you on FB!
My favorite dish is this big saute pan with a lid my mother-in-law bought me. It's huge and you can literally cook anything in it!
I "LIKED" on FB and "LOVE" in the real world!!!
My family loves turkey noodle soup!
Let's see...along with my Corningware Light dish, I also love my William Sonoma Cast Iron Skillet. It was a wedding gift and makes killer pineapple upsidedown cakes.
I am in love with my found at a garage sale cast iron skillet! I cook everything in it! Although my dream of having a Le Crueset casserole dish is still running rampant. If there was nothing to dream about, life would be boring, right?!
Love my crock pot! The best (and easiest) meals come from it!
My go-to pot (to the point that it usually just sits out on my stovetop, even when clean) is my Le Creuset oval French oven. It has me pining for a skillet and braiser too!
My favorite is a large, well seasoned cast iron skillet.
I love a good stock pot. You can throw a bunch of vegetables in it with some meat and have a fabulous meal!
I don't know what it is but it's like a wok/lg. sautepan. I love it! I can do just about anything in it but boil water for spaghetti. stirfry is our favorite in it. the thing i don't like about it is it has all these little holes on the inside bottom and makes it hard to clean.
Honestly... I use the grill A LOT.... we love grilled food :)
Mine would have to be our rich sausage and potato soup. Yum! Just made in a boring old pot because I don't have a Le Creuset :(
It's definitely my crockpot. I've got one of those programmable 6 quart Rivals, and it's never let me down. We use it once or twice a week.
Maybe if I mention "Le Creuset" as my absolute favorite best ever French oven enough times, a new piece of their cookware will magically appear at my front door. No? You don't think so? Well, I can dream. It is Spring, afterall - the season of hope and whatnot. :)
I love my dutch oven and pretty much decided that there is no other way to cook except with serious cast iron and an oven. Unfortunately since I've been pregnant (halfway done), the most action my dutch oven has received is from my husband cooking brats in beer so some inspiration is needed at this point.
I"liked" you on FB.
My favorite skillet in my kitchen is my cast iron skillet because it's so easy to clean. Just give it a scrub with water and you're done!
I'm simple. My most used dish is my clear glass Pyrex 9x13 pan. Love the idea of this book!
I love my Le Creuset French Oven in Cobalt. I use it for pot roast and stuffed peppers. Unfortunately, I have no idea what else to use it for and this cookbook could really get me using it more.
For my wedding, one of my Mom's "recipe group" friends got me a deep cast iron skillet. It's not the most used dish in the house (let's be honest, that would be the microwave turn table), but it is my gourmet cooking pan. My hubby knows when that dish is out we're eating something really good.
Well, the only one I have is my crockpot if that counts for anything. I do love it though. Lots of great things I can make in it. My favorite is a white chicken chili recipe that my friend shared with me.
This is one of those giveaways where if I can't win it, I'll have to buy it!
I used my 9x13 glass pan all the time.
I tweeted about your giveaway

What a great cookbook! My favorite to use is my Emile Henry casserole...love it!
When I'm being super lazy, I stick a rotisserie chicken with some veggies (carrots, potatoes, whatever I have on hand), some garlic and some rosemary into a dutch oven my dad brought from Poland. :) Yum! Really makes it extra awesome. Super cheap and super fast.

I'm thinking of write an Ode to My French Oven. It would start something like... "Le Creuset, how do I love thee... let me count the ways."
My favorite one dish dinner is Pritikin chili. It's fast and easy to make, and it's even low fat :)! It's made with ground turkey, lots of spices, beans and vegetables. Even my kids will eat it and they are picky. It's amazing how flavorful it is; and it's all made in one big pot.
On lazy nights, I love to make my own creation...corn bread pork chops. Mix up a box of Jiffy corn bread mix and pour it over pork chops in my stoneware baking dish and cook until the pork is done. It's main course and side all together. And bonus, my family all loves it.
