Winner of the Fat Quarter Apron Contest!

Oh my, how hard was it to decide?  Ridic hard!  Cynthia (owner of Fabricworm, contest sponsor, and all around awesome human being), Jacinda, and my dorky self all had to pore over the entries, considering things like creativity, embellishment, and ability to follow the tutorial, yet make it unique in design.  They were all so beautiful, but the universal favorite and winner of the entire Anna Maria Horner Innocent Crush Fat Quarter collection is...(drumroll please)...

Jennifer of Patchwork Collaborative!

There's no denying that is a beautful apron!  We love the patchwork flower and the easy-breezy style.  Thank you to Jennifer and to everyone that entered our first contest!

This contest was such fun and we loved seeing all of the hundreds of entries. We hope you enjoyed making them and that you will use the Fat Quarter Apron Tutorial for fun holiday gifts! We hope you'll feel the love when you take a look at all of the entries again here:

Ladies, you take our breath away. We could not be more proud to be your friends. Stay tuned, because we'll be announcing the next contest shortly. Prudent Mamas who subscribe to the newsletter are already in the know and working away, but don't fret, you can subscribe here and we'll share the details on Prudent Baby soon!

Do you love this apron? Did we choose wisely? Let us know what you think in the comments, and you could be this weeks' Surprise Prize Winner!

Yes, a beautiful choice, although I'm probably a bit more partial to the one I saw briefly with forest-y animals. Something that looked like a big fat bear. :)

I love it! It has such nice detailing with the patchwork flower, the trim and the hand stitched herbs on it. It's really beautiful. Kind of reminds me of anthropologie but a thousand times better because it's homemade!

Definitely the best choice! It's unique and detailed, but still very chic. Wish it were mine :).
