Halloween Throwback: Decor
Last year when Prudent Baby was just a wee lad we did a bunch of cool DIYs for Halloween. Since we had like 11 readers back then it's quite possible that you missed them. And that's just a shame! So here is a little round-up of some of our favorites projects in the Halloween decor category.
Baby Food Jar Fabric Wrapped Tealights {pictured above}
Cameo Plaque
Spooky Yarn Bowl
Embroidered Doorbell Cover
Bat-Mobile
Halloween Specimen Jar
Stay tuned for the edible version of this post this afternoon! And don't forget, any comment you leave this week could win you a little stash of pretty ribbon and trim. Mmmmmm ribbon and trim. Do you decorate for Halloween? My husband sucked all the fun out of it this year by telling me I couldn't hide the giant hairy spiders for him to find when he least expects it. Should I respect his request? Bah ha ha!

oh my goodness, I love the specimen jars!
I was thinking about dressing up as a mad scientist :)
I just stopped what I was doing to try out the Spooky yarn bowl. I only have red yarn, but I'll pick up black later. Thanks for helping us celebrate!
ha, nicely done! olove the bat mobile!
This is fantastic! I especially love the spooky yarn bowl.
Bats, bats, and spooky spiders. I was thinking about dressing up as dead ballerinas. I guess, daddy will just wear a bloody bandage.
Love the spooky yarn bowl! I think I'm going to have to make that a project for myself and my two year old. I can just see him covered in yarn and glue. :)
Bat mobile would look good on my chandelier!
hahaha! Bat-Mobile. I told my husband about that. He wasn't as amused as I was, though he did like the specimen containers. :)
Love the bat mobile and the tealight jars!
So cool. Love the ideas
