I definitely think with the Movie Rio coming out recently that the new animal will be the MACAW. Jungle themes are already huge, so why not add in a cute blue Macaw into the mix?

Definitely foxes. They're starting to pop up everywhere. I'm ready to move on from owls and birds though, so I think it's great. Personally, I'm a big fan of the skunk.

That fabric is just adorable! I am not sure who the next trendy animal will be, but I would vote for the aardvark, simply because my son, about 10 years old at the time, designed a sheep for the family applique potholder business, and someone congratulated him on the wonderful aardvark. We are still laughing -- and he is SO artistic!
