Somebody could just hand me a package of bacon and I'd be thrilled. I don't need all this other stuff. Except for bacon salt. I totally need a case of that. :)

My husband just cooked up 3 lbs of bacon for work in the form of: peanut butter bacon cookies and chocolate covered bacon. Tastes much better than it sounds, they went really fast. Even the non-believers were raving about them.

I actually got some of the bacon salt for my husband a few years ago as a stocking stuffer. I have to say, it's delicious - great on scrambled eggs, or popcorn!

You mentioned somewhere that your hubby loves coffee too, so you have to track down this bacon coffee cupcake (yes really!) that a friend of mine FB'd about a couple of weeks ago. Am trying to find out where it was from, all I know is somewhere in LA. Yeah, I know, really helpful... It looked surprisingly yummy. And rolling three vices into one is always a good thing...

Oh! I forgot! KCRW's Good Food did a bacon feature recently. http://www.kcrw.com/etc/programs/gf/gf100925bacon_everything_gra You could add a Bacon Crawl treasure hunt to your list. Bacon and egg martini followed by bacon ice-cream? It's like a recipe for true love.

My husband, a Jew & a porkophile, got bacon scented soap from his sister last year for Chanukkah. It was from etsy & it was a clear bar with a "slice" of bacon floating in it. It was actually a little too gross for him!

Bacon jam! My friend got 2 jars of it one year for Christmas and thought it was a gag gift from someone. Turns out it was meant to be a REAL gift. She didn't know what to do with the stuff so she used it to coat pills for her dog. The dog was originally spitting up the pill but since it was covered in bacon jam, she devoured it.

Do you want to know my dirty little secret (that I haven't even come clean to my husband about)?? I put bacon bits on my popcorn!!! buttery bacony goodness, if I hadn't had finished the bag of bacon bits on my salad for lunch, I would totally go make myself some popcorn right now! (and I am Jewish...so I have that going for my love of bacon, too!)

A bunch of people mentioned bacon jam, which I was going to mention too! You can order a version of it here:

It's really good - my mom came to visit and ate about half my jar in one sitting, with crackers. Sigh...

My husband got Bacon Floss in his stocking one year. That is NOT the freshness you want to have before going to bed at night! It went well with the bacon and eggs band aids, and the gummy porter house, though. We have fun with our around here!

Bacon is worshiped at our home as well. I have the Bacon Salt. Not bad. If you are feeling especially generous, you can always make him a Bacon Explosion. We found the recipe at http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/28/dining/28bacon.html

Essentially, it is bacon wrapped in sausage wrapped in a beautiful basket weave of yes, more bacon. Then you smoke it. Heaven. However, probably not appropriate for as a stocking stuffer.
Now I'm hungry.
