I hate scrubbing the bathtub - they need to invent a Roomba type device that scrubs the tub.
I subscribed, is that follow?? I didn't see a button for follow, but I sure could have missed it.

I follow this blog.
I Faned prudent baby on facebook as well.

Thanks for hosting the giveaway!
Haha, something that would help simplify my life? A dishwasher! AND a kitchen big enough to FIT a dishwasher!
I also "liked" this on Facebook (but I think I did it under my work FB account and not my personal one, if that's alright!)
I also did a little tweet, right here! http://twitter.com/sofawned/statuses/16052905665
Peace! <3
AAAAND lastly, I follow the blog in Google Reader, of course!
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a machine to do my dishes as soon as they're dirty and that will put them away too. Not just a dishwasher, but an instant way to get them clean.
Already invented and soon to be mine, a dishwasher! Oh the time I will save. New apartment here we come. This little machine will be icing on the cake!
Yes, it would be great to have a machine to put laundry away!

If I could get my 2 1/2 year old potty trained, my life would be simpler! he's sooo close. I may need to try that potty chart idea. Because I can't take much more Bear in the Big Blue House potty dvd.
I'm a follower - love your site!
shared the link on Facebook!
I need school to be simplified.
I would love to have something that would just pick up the stuff that my children leave all over the floor: clothes, toys, papers, lovies, ect. They are like Hansel and Gretel leaving a trail of bread crumbs all over the house.
PS- I am so crushing on that bias tape machine!
I want someone to run around my house at all times and pick up the empty cups and shoes and socks that end up everywhere they don't belong.
Oh, I love this! I follow your blog on my feed-demon.
I want a machine that will drag me out for a run or pick me up and put me on my bike for triathlon training. haha!
Maybe I should judt get a large dog!
I would love to have a bias tape maker. I would also love some kind of system that makes the day after vacation clean up a breeze. I really don't like spending the whole next day after you get home putting everything back where it goes. :)
I facebook liked!

Forgot to say that I HHAATTEE doing the dishes. And while there are LOVELY dishwashers, my husband and I don't have one. So, if someone wants to donate a dishwasher to make dishes simpler, it'd be much appreciated ;-)
I also tweeted this as well as "liked" on facebook!
I need the robot cleaner upper! to follow my 3 children around and clean up behind them so I have more time to sew! :)
Great Giveaway,hope I win!
I would love more time in my day to do the things I love...like baking & sewing but Mommy duties are more important. Mom-time is hard at 11pm but sometimes necessary. :) Love the blog!
I follow via ThunderBird RSS feeds:~) They come right to my email box every morning.
I "like" this on FB:~)
I follow on FB too:~)
Hmmm...this is a tough call. I would love a machine that would toilet-train my three year old, but I'm afraid that would entail *substituting* my child entirely with a robot!
Added the blog as a "like" on FB :)
Shared on FB, too :)
We have a brand new baby in the house, our oldest is only 13 months. There isn't anything in our lives right now that couldn't use simplifying. I'm sewing as fast as I can, summer dresses for our toddler sleep sacks and swaddles for our baby. I need a robot that will pre-wash and iron all my fabric for me, and then go make dinner.
I would like a magical dusting machine. Like a roomba, only it would climb my furniture and walls! (Gotta get those cobwebs...)
Ah, having made my own bias tape for every, this looks amazing! I need to find a way to simplify all of the blogs I follow. I can't bear to take things out of my google reader, even if they're ones I never actually read anymore...
I would love a machine that organizes my clutter and then tells me where it puts it. I just found your blog, love it. I also love the bias machine, yeah!
Just found you. This is a fun blog, just in time for summer fun with my kiddos. To make my life easier I would invent some kind of brush that made it fun to clean out the dreaded peanut butter jar.
oooh...an instant dinner-planning thingamajig would be just the ticket...with one picky hubby, me - the foodie, one toddler, and one child with tons of food allergies, it would be a dream to come up with just one dinner that would include more than one food group per person!!
i would sooooo love a bias tape maker for my birthday - on the 16th!! :)
i need a robot to pick up after my 3 kids - is that too much to ask?
I'd like someone to come in and sweep, mop, load the dishwasher and clean the stupid toilets please. Every 2-3 weeks please!
Honestly, a robot to call and tell what we want for supper so it can be ready when we get home!
I WANT THIS!
dishes, I hate even loading the dishwasher. can't I just have one of those old school conveyor belts that take the dirty dishes away and they somehow come back sparkling clean :)
I would like the simplicity to invent a machine that handles all the cloth diaper duties involving my 11-month old. Starting with changing, washing, rinsing, re-stuffing them and all. :-)
A machine that sorts through all your stuff and throws away all your junk!!
I would like a device that automatically calculates yardage requirements for projects, and since I'm dreaming, it also coordinates those numbers with what's in my stash, and THEN tells me which fabrics in the store might be good matches for the yardage I have at home (and didn't bring a swatch of). That's not too much to ask, right? :-)
I wish Simplicity would create a machine that would wash the dishes for me. What?!!! That exists? Then why doesn't my apartment have one?!!!!!!
how about a robot that can follow my husband around, picking up the random things he leaves all over the house and the messes he makes when he's "helping" in the kitchen? :)
I would like an invention that stirs risotto for me. I LOVE risotto but i don't really have time to stand and stir it to make it properly. It's difficult with a toddler hanging off my leg all the time.
Megan xxoo
I would like a machine that reminds/helps me to thaw my food. I always forget to take out the frozen food - and then when I'm ready to cook.. well.. obviously it's still frozen.
And a dishwasher would be nice too.. or a garbage disposal.
This comment has been removed by the author.
I would love Simplicity to invent for me a pair of glasses that magically filters out the clutter around the house. No matter how messy it gets, it still would look peaceful, uncluttered, and tranquil :-)
I need something who can pick up and put away all the little things that darling husband and children leave all over my clean house! Anyone????
Anyhow. A bias tape maker would be sweet as well... think of all those hours I would save... no more pulling strips of fabric through straight pins and under iron on the ironing board... more.... cleaning... Uh. I mean sewing!
I despise ironing clothes so much that I will avoid wearing something if it needs to be ironed. So, a dryer that will also somehow iron clothes after drying them would be the best invention ever!
i want a machine that will unpack the dishwasher. YUCK.
Ummm...actually, just a few days ago I was asking for bias tape elves. I've been making yards and yards of it for dresses. I even dreamt last week that I was ironing bias tape. So it may be cliche but this is apparently the machine I need.
Oh...and one to scrub the floor under the high chair. I despise doing that.
I "liked" the Giveaway!
I became a fan on Facebook.
I tweeted the giveaway too! I'm serious about this - can't you tell. :-)
Pick me! Pick me!
Ok, so super redundant, but really, with a 3 year old and an 11 month old who adores blueberries and anything with marinara sauce, it seems like there should be something to simplify the laundry situation altogether. Who knew laundry would get all crazy exponential with just adding a 2nd kiddo?
liked on facebook. i didn't even know this existed but sounds wonderful!
I would love an organizer machine. I just can't sit still long enough to actually organize. I'd love to be able to program all my organizing ideas into it and just let it do the work! :)
Seems like there's a huge demand for a machine that puts laundry away! :) One of those would simplify MY life!
Wow- this would be so awesome to have! I would love a machine that simplified meal planning- coming up with new and interesting healthy dishes every week is such a daunting task!
What in my life doesn't need simplifying??? I could really use a personal grocery shopper. I hate grocery shopping.
I liked on Facebook =D
Didn't even know you were on Facebook! I like you on FB! :)
I would love someone to:
~hand water my plants on super hot sweltering days(heck if we are wishing might as well say veggie garden planter and maintainer needed!).
~Go grocery shopping/Cooking only super healthy for us(I love to cook-maybe too much).
~Someone to bath and groom my adorable White Maltese (she doesn't understand that she's white-loves to roll in the grass, water, dirt, yard!
i have trouble getting up and moving in the mornings, and when i'm still sleepy and moving slow, it's hard to get dressed for work in the mornings when your eyes are still half closed! you know in the movie clueless, where alicia silverstone has the computerized closet that helps her put outfits together? one of those would be a god-send!
I need Rosie from the Jetsons! Cleaning is not my strong suit!
Ooh, and I liked this on FB
And I'm a follower :)
I think my commute needs simplifying, Oh LA traffic, why you so crazy?
same here, if I could chose one thing, it would be a full time cook.
You think they'll ever invent a diaper changing robot?
I've become a follower on fb.
pretty pretty please, pick me.
Let's just say I wouldnt turn down my own personal Rosie from the Jetsons!
I think I need a machine to simplfy cleaning my house. I would love to have it deep cleaned regulary with no work on my part.
I need Simplicity to make a me a machine to do the dishes and laundry. I hate chores, but I love to sew and I LOVE bias tape and I especially love to make my own from fabric scraps...which I have lots of! This would be GREAT for me!
I need grocery shopping simplified -- I feel like we are shopping every 2 days! :( I also need a bias-tape maker! :)
I would love a nappy changing machine. The day I have to stop changing pooey nappies is the day i will throw a big party. Bring on toilet training!
I'm a fb fan!
am following on twitter
I would love a fabric cutter outer. I think it takes me way longer to cut than to sew. I could save SO much time. And not cut my finger with my rotary cutter ever again!
wouldn't it be great if the dishes would magically fly into the dishwasher when they're dirty, and then magically fly right back to their shelves when they're clean?! then i'd have more time for sewing :)
I've clicked "like" for the facebook link to this page ;)
and of course i've tweeted: http://twitter.com/MaybeSew
Hmm.. I would love to have someone to put the laundry into all its seperate place once it's been done, or who just does it all from start to finish! But if we're wishing why stop there?! A personal chef/nanny/housekeeper/driver would be great too!
I would love a machine that laid ut, pinned and cut all my patterns for me. That sure would make my life easier
I shared this on facebook. Thanks
I need to simplify my desk! It's an old farm table that also serves as craft table, catch-all for sewing project parts, library books... and we use the monitor for TV-watching. Finishing my dissertation could simplify my life, too!
I'd love a machine that would,d organize the house for me, ala Rosie from the Jetsons. She could go around and pick up every little bit that was in the wrong place, and put it back!
I want an instant sippy cup filler, you know, the kind that magically know what and when your kids will want a drink and collects and fills the cups. I estimate it would save me at least 2 hours of work a day, being as I have 4 little ones currently and none of them seem to remember to put their cups in the sink. It would also save my knees, as the cups usually end up under the couch or the tv. :)
I really need all the paper in my life to vanish. that would simplify things immensely!!
I follow your blog everyday.
I "like" you on facebook.
I just advertised this giveaway on facebook! =)
My weekly dinner planning/menu process needs to be simplified! Thanks for the giveaway!!
I need a robot that automatically knows what my daughter wants to eat, and then prepares a delicious, nutritious meal that she gobbles up, oh, and cleans up too! kasamz@hotmail.com
I need someone or something to clean my floors! There is nothing I hate more than getting on my hands and knees to scrub the floor!
oh i NEED this. i have the little metal ones but i have been wanting this one! so much easier! if i could simplify something in my life....i could only hope someone would come out and professionally organize my craft and sewing supplies. then it would be much easier to get to!
did a link on my facebook fan page http://www.facebook.com/pages/3ringcircus/400307599965?ref=ts

facebook fan!
blog follower!!!
Neat! I would love to win this!
My life would be simpler if my house would stay clean... I don't think there is a machine to help with that :0)
I WISH SIMPLICITY MADE A TIME MACHINE. IT WOULD SIMPLIFY MY LIFE SO THAT I CAN STOP TIME TO ENJOY DOING THE THINGS I LOVE LONGER LIKE SEWING, GETTING HUGS FROM MY DAUGHTER, AND SPENDING TIME WITH MY FAMILY. TIME JUST FLIES BY TOO QUICKLY. OH IT WOULD ALSO HAVE TO HAVE A FAST FOWARD BUTTON TO SPEED UP TIME DURING DOCTOR'S OFFICE, WAITING IN GROCERY LINES,AND WORK. LOL FOR NOW THOUGH THIS BIAS TAPE MAKER WOULD BE WONDERFUL.
HELLO I'M FOLLOWING YOU ON FACEBOOK! THANKS FOR LETTING ME HAVE ANOTHER ENTRY ON THIS BIAS TAPE MAKER GIVE A WAY.
I would like a machine that would take the hang up clothes out of the dryer, put them on a hanger, and place them in the closet. I hate that job.
my job!!
I'm already pretty spoiled with an automatic dishwasher, because I hate to wash dishes. But I hate putting those clean ones away almost as much. I would also love to have a washing machine that also dries the clothes so I don't have to remember to switch them over!
Yay! I got in on this contest just in time! I'd love to have one of these machines--what a time saver!!
ooooh, I've been coveting this and wanting, wanting one so badly. What an awesome giveaway! Hmm, what would make my life easier? A body double, so that I could do the fun stuff like sewing, which the one goes to work, does laundry, dishes etc.
I would simplify my life with anything that would do the dishes! Done.
And I follow your blog on google reader!
And yes, I clicked Like...
I would like a home machine that adheres interfacing on fabric for me. Perfectly flat, totally stuck, no ironing back and forth, back and forth. Like those ladies at the dry cleaner. Yay!
I follow PB on Google reader.
I'd love a scullery maid. I remember reading about them in "A Little Princess" and "The Secret Garden" when I was in grammar school and lately, I've felt like I'M the scullery maid around my house, and I'd really prefer to be the princess.
I've followed you on twitter for a while...
...and I just clicked Like for fb. Don't know why I hadn't already done that!
I would love a machine that would fold laundry for me and put it away
While I know Simplicity can't work miracles, I'd give my left arm for a machine that makes vegetables taste like candy...I really don't know how my son survives on his diet of carbs and scrambled eggs. Sheesh. But, a bias tape maker would brighten my mood when he does go on his healthy eating strikes!
I could really use a thing to pick up the toys and mop the floors at the same time! No more back aches for me! :)
I WOULD LOVE IT IF SOMEONE COULD TEACH MY DOGS TO CLEAN THE HOUSE FOR ME. THEN I COULD SPEND ALL MY FREE TIME SEWING!
I'm with you. Folding laundry is one of my least favorite jobs... it's not really the folding. It's the three little munchkins that mess up the piles and sorting as I go making it ultra frustrating. So I fold at night when I'm tired. Ugg! So laundry folding robot or a force-field of sorts to protect the work in progress.
I loathe cooking, so a miracle machine (or personal chef) that could take over that task would be awesome!
p.s. I "liked" this on Facebook too. I really have wanted one of these babies for a long time.
I would love for Simplicity to invent a dryer that also irons. Everytime I wash and dry my fabrics they come out with tons of wrinkles that take forever to iron out.
How Simplistic would it be to have a washer and dryer as one machine, I dread having to go dig in to my top loading washer, then bend to throw my wet laundry in to a dryer while in those precious minute praying my young children are not getting in to trouble!, so why not make one machine that runs the wash then with out having to do anything it dries it too! yeah buddy, that would be my favourite thing ever! I love your blog I read it everynight as soon as my kids are all tucked in to bed. I will be sewing some of your darling items very soon! -
I think I need a wife (or at least a free babysitter)! The hubby is a great guy, but he has to work and make money. :)
Our furniture layout needs to be simplified. Strategically placed furniture to prevent our little tot from getting into trouble is begging to be rearranged this weekend.
being 6 months pregnant is absolute bliss- until something tells you that your 10-month old has a special treat for you waiting in his diaper! this time around there was no morning sickness, little fatigue, but major MAJOR gagging at those wonderful diaper changing times- so if anyone could invent a machine to change diapers (or at least some sort of mind device that teaches super-youngsters to use the potty themselves!) would be fantastic :)
Love this!
How about a machine that simply adds more time to the day when you need it and speeds it up when you just need the kids to go to sleep! lol.
I woiuld really like some kind of toy sorter! My kids just put all little pieces, legos, barbie shoes, blocks, puzzle pieces, play food, etc. all in the toy box. I try to keep all the pieces to each toy together. But who has time to sort through them daily? So, I'd like a magical sorter and when it's time to pick up you put the small pieces and odds in and it sorts them into the right storage bins. Kinda like a change sorter! I know, I should keep dreaming! lol
I liked on facebook!!!! I love your blog!
Oh my gosh! I totally love this and have not seen it yet! I also need something to simplify my schedule... hmm... do you think they could make time ... or sewing related... something to simplify or eliminate pinning!!!
I am also following you now!
Cutting out sewing patterns! Enter your pattern data into a magical machine, along with the fabric to be cut and voila! perfectly cut pieces.
Okay so for sure what I need to simplify my life would be some sort of device that stays under my daughter's bed. That way when she is told to clean her room which to her means stuff everything under her bed. My under the bed device would just blow everything right from under there and right back into her arms, so that she would have to put it back in its place where it really belongs. Why not blow it directly into where it belongs you might be asking...well this was about simplifying my life not hers, right? Plus she needs to learn to clean!
I am so excited to find out about this marvelous machine!!!! It would definitely eliminate the need for a soundproof room - UGH the horror in trying to make bias tape by hand!
I "like" you
The invention of my dreams? Self cleaning diapers! Yes - no changing needed! Kind of like the self cleaning oven - ya know? :)
I hope I win! Can't take another day of pullingofthehair-itis
I'm following you :)
I posted this on my Facebook
I tweeted - can't cha hear the birdies?
I would love to magically have everything ready for me and all three of my girls to leave the house every morning. It always seems to take me forever to get everyone dressed and snacks and drinks packed up to go.
sarebbe bello!
Very nice blog :)
Laboratorio Delle Fate
What I really need someone to invent is a machine that will give me a few extra hours every week to let me do some more sewing! Or possibly, I just need to find a way of getting my kids to nap in the day and sleep better at night :-)
Lynne
Cool beans! A bias tape maker would be the best thing right at this moment since I've recently discovered the pure joy in using homemade bt vs. store bought. Bliss might be more like it. What would be a great do-dad for Simplicity to make for me? How about an automatic laundry put-er-away-er. (Don't mind washing or folding...just putting it back where it belongs!)
Oh...and I FB'd ya!
Oh man, great giveaway. The only thing I'd really like simplified would be love. Why does it all have to be complicated?
I'd love a machine that handled all the paperwork decision-making for me, and then transferred all the relevant data to my brain each night!
Who'd have thought this little dandy machine even existed...trust simplicity!! Bias making is so time consuming...not to mention the iron singed fingers.....mmm so simple!
I would love a machine to simplify sewing from a pattern. I don't ask for much, just cut out the pattern, iron it, iron the fabric, pin the pattern, cut the fabric pieces....all I'd have to do is sew....bliss!!!!!
jacqstar55@hotmail.com
Great giveaway! Hope I win?!?!!
I'd love something that would automatically put something back where it came from as soon as I was done with it!
More simple.....I would like my house to magically clean itself. Noting would be better :)
I shared this on Facebook
And I tweeted
Oh and I follow on Facebook!
I just made 3 yards of bias tape, all the while thinking about how much I would LOVE a bias tape maker! This would make my life much simpler. That, and a laundry-folding robot too! :)

I just liked you on Facebook!

Brand new follower here...and I don't ever win these things, but thought I'd give it another try because I could TOTALLY use this! What needs simplifying in my life. Something like the Roomba, only one that actually works, because I've tried the Roomba and it just doesn't work that well. If I could have clean floors all the time, I'd be a much happier woman!
wow I never knew such a thing existed!! cool beans!! I need deep cleaning to be simplified.. scrubbing bathrooms dusting the whole house... all of that fun stuff!
I WANT ONE OF THESE SOOOOO BAD. Simplify my life? How about an automatic kitchen cleaner. I feel like all I ever do is load and unload the dishwasher, and I can't keep the clutter from reappearing on the counters as soon as I clear it!
For now I'd just settle for an easy way to make my own bias tape, though :D
I "liked" you
:)
I would love to have my work space simplified. I use my formal dinning room as "my studio". There is stuff everywhere, fabrics, samples, ribbon, etc.
I'd BADLY need some magical machine to cut fabric! I'm new to sewing and I make the most mistakes when cutting fabric. So frustrating! Even more frustrating: making bias tape. The machine would be really cool.
I'm a follower and enjoy your tutorials so much.
I just liked you on facebook!
To simplify my life I could use a potty trainer. As in someone who will come potty train my daughter. Or a machine, whatever. Maybe a lightbulb over her head that will warn me that she's about to go. Or SOMETHING.
I love this! I want this! I NEED this!
I'm a follower and LOVE your site!
pick me, pick me please pick me
I would like lawn mowing simplified... or just gotten rid of all together!!!!
